"This despicable agent continues to leave voicemail messages on a daily basis when my number has never been provided to these jerks by me! Never have done business with them and would never do so! It is harassing behavior!! The one Star is because obviously I am compelled to do so!"

Each and every interaction I have had has been nothing short of personable, professional and efficient. I feel confident that I am receiving the best coverage with the best rates. Shauna takes the time to explain my policies and answer all my questions in detail to my satisfaction. Shauna is welcoming, kind, and honest and offers expert advice. She and her staff are quick to respond to any and all inquiries in a timely fashion. I have also worked with Nettie and Joyce and have always received great customer service. If you are looking for a new insurance or any other lines of business they offer, Shauna is your person and you will not be disappointed. These days, quality service seems hard to find. People aren't as friendly, some always seem to be in a hurry and give the bare minimum when doing their job.
